या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शक्तिरूपेण संस्थिता । नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
Transliteration
Yā Devī Sarvabhūteṣu Śaktirūpeṇa Saṃsthitā, Namastasyai Namastasyai Namastasyai Namo Namaḥ
Translation
To the Goddess who abides within all beings in the form of primal Power, we bow again and again — salutation, salutation, salutation, and repeated obeisance.
Meaning
'sarva-bhuteshu...samsthita' = dwelling within all creatures; 'shakti-rupena' = as the form of energy/power (this word is swapped for chetana, buddhi, nidra, etc. across the refrain's repetitions in the fuller text); the triple 'namas tasyai' intensifies the salutation.
