Using PoojaVerse

You may browse poojas, deities, and shlokas freely. Some features, such as saving favorites and messaging vendors, require an account. When you create an account you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Accounts and eligibility

You should be old enough to enter into an agreement in your country to create an account. If you register on behalf of a family member, please make sure you have their permission to share their details.

Vendors and bookings

PoojaVerse helps you find and contact purohits and other vendors. We are a platform for discovery and communication. We do not perform the ceremonies ourselves, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with a vendor. Pricing, timing, and the details of any pooja are agreed directly between you and the vendor. We encourage both sides to be clear and respectful.

Respectful use

We ask everyone to use PoojaVerse with the same respect that the traditions on it deserve. You agree not to misuse the platform. That includes not posting unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, not spamming vendors, and not trying to break or disrupt the service.

Content on the platform

The cultural and devotional content on PoojaVerse is shared for learning and discovery. When you post content, such as a vendor profile or a message, you remain responsible for it and you confirm that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep PoojaVerse running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, pause, or change features as the service grows.

Limitation of liability

PoojaVerse is provided as a helpful tool. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss that results from your dealings with a vendor or from your use of the platform. Always use your own judgement when arranging a ceremony.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using PoojaVerse after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
